This is a genuine brand new part but it was damaged in shipping, what was damaged was a few of the plastic retainers and it is missing 1 ball bearing. What you see is what you get. Rather than throw it away we thought maybe someone could use it for parts or replace the pieces needed at a serious deal with a $480 discount!!
